Sonarika Bhadoria

Sonarika Bhadoria (born 3 December 1992) is an Indian film actress and model known for her works in Television and Telugu cinema. She got huge popularity for the character “Parvathi”, which she played in "Devon Ke Dev..Mahadev".

Early Life

Sonarika's father is in the construction business, whereas her mother is a homemaker. She was born and raised in Mumbai. Sonarika did her schooling from Yashodham High School & Junior College. She then joined the Arts stream for her bachelor's degree

Sonarika had bagged her first show when she was in class 11. She went to a party with her aunt, who is a designer. It was then that she was spotted by a casting guy who had asked her to come for an audition.

But her dad never gave her the permission for acting. He wanted her to complete her 12th standard before entering into the showbiz industry. On Father’s Day, she requested her dad to allow her to try her luck into acting, and her dad, like a loving father, accepted her demand. But unfortunately the show never saw the light of the day!

TV Shows (2011-2013)

Sonarika debuted in the television show "Tum Dena Saath Mera" that aired on Life OK in 2011. Before that she was to play the lead role in Rajan Shahi's untitled serial which never happened. After Tum Dena Saath Mera she was cast in the show "Devon Ke Dev..Mahadev" as Parvati. She got immense fame and popularity for the portrayal of Goddess Parvati/Adishakti as well as Durga and Mahakali.

Debut in Films (2015–Present)

In 2015, Sonarika made her debut in Telugu cinema as a female lead in "Jadoogadu". She was also signed by Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao in "Speedunnodu", the Telugu remake of 2012 hit romantic drama film Sundarapandian. The film was released in February 2016 to positive reviews and she was praised for her performance. She has also been signed to play lead roles in "Sarada" and "Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam" both, starring opposite Manchu Vishnu.
